Bruce M. Rotfeld, Esq. is a Pennsylvania-licensed attorney with more than 40 years of legal experience. He serves as independent contract counsel to Immigration 360 Law, providing legal representation and advocacy in federal immigration matters and other assigned legal matters.
Throughout his career, Mr. Rotfeld has represented individuals and families in a wide range of legal proceedings, including immigration matters, asylum cases, federal litigation, administrative proceedings, and complex dispute resolution. In addition to his immigration experience, his background includes extensive litigation involving personal injury, workers’ compensation, premises liability, criminal matters, arbitration, and trial advocacy.
Mr. Rotfeld earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and later obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Trial Advocacy from Temple University Beasley School of Law. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He has also served as a Judge Pro Tempore in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and as a Certified Arbitrator.
In his role with Immigration 360 Law, Mr. Rotfeld serves as independent licensed counsel and maintains sole responsibility for legal advice, legal strategy, court filings, and client representation in matters assigned to him.
