David’s extensive experience in immigration law spans across the nation and globally, where he has successfully handled numerous cases. Holding a Jurist Doctorate from Widener University School of Law, David brings over two decades of expertise. He has a diverse linguistic skill set and speaks English, Arabic, and Spanish.
His international exposure includes studying international law at Webster University in Geneva, Switzerland, and contributing to the World Health Organization during his time there. David has collaborated with various clients and organizations in both private and public sectors, steering large projects and partnerships towards successful outcomes. His focus on immigration law encompasses handling cases related to H1-B, EB-5, Adjustment of Status, Asylum, family-based petitions, and citizenship applications. Notably, he has developed a specialized understanding of the immigration consequences of state criminal convictions on federal immigration proceedings. David’s experience extends to deportation proceedings and crafting habeas corpus briefs. For several years, he served as the keynote speaker at the Federal swearing-in ceremony for new citizens on behalf of USCIS. David has joined Immigration 360 Law, a Washington, DC-based Limited Partnership, where he serves as a Partner, Consultant, and Advisor.
